"Regular" courses - levels A2, B1, B2, C1
The Italian regular courses are aimed at:
- exchange students (Erasmus+, Overseas, ICM, etc.)
- foreign students attending the first year of a Degree Course or Specialisation Course at UNIMORE
- visiting guests at UNIMORE who are involved in international exchange projects (scholarship holders, PhD students, post-grads, researchers and lecturers)
- foreign students enrolled in single classes
Our regular courses are offered at levels A2 - B1 - B2 - C1 of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference).
Each course includes:
- 36 hours of face-to-face lessons (twice a week)
- 14 hours of online self-learning activities
We also provide 10 hours of cultural activities (guided tours, seminars on cultural topics, film screenings or theatre plays), which are common to all courses. Further information about these activities will be provided during lessons.
Students must attend at least 80% of classes, as well as take part in class activities and regularly do their homework.
At the end of each course, students have to take a final written and spoken exam. The written exam tests candidates' comprehension and written production skills by means of a reading comprehension with open-ended questions and the composition of a short text, as well as assessing syntactic and lexical skills through a set of grammar exercises.
