Language Open Badge
Open Badge (OB): what is it?
Open Badges are digital credentials consisting of a graphical image (the badge itself) and associated metadata that include information about the issuer, recipient, and the criteria for earning the badge.
A language Open Badge verifies and showcases skills and achievements in a particular language, at a certain level of competence, in specific skills.
An Open Badge, once earned, is sent to the recipient via email. Open Badges are designed to be portable and shareable, allowing individuals to display their accomplishments across various online platforms, such as Linked-in.
Whoever is sent an OB has to check for its validity via the verifcation service link.
